Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

We dealt with Eric as our salesman. He was super easy to deal with and very fair. Very nice guy. We had a trade in and I feel like the value we got was very fair and what we expected. Would?ve given 5 stars except I tried to haggle a little with some extra costs and the sales manager was not having it. She told me to ?pick another car? that didn?t have the extras I was trying to finagle the price on. Told me they were losing money on the deal and couldn?t work with me on price. I ended buying anyway because we liked the car and the dealership overall was one of the more pleasant dealerships I?ve been to.

My daughter purchased a new car from Sapaugh last night and the experience was the best I have had buying a new car. I was looking for a newer vehicle and unfortunately the didn’t have the type of vehicle I needed. But I’m sure they will soon. The staff and sales people are super nice and totally honest. Although more than a year had passed since my initial negative Google review, the general manager did contact me directly when this re-post came to his attention. Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.

Bill Erwin was so helpful in our purchasing our new SUV. He had all the answers and helpful attitude to help us make our decision. We have used this dealership for years and have purchased several vehicles from them. The service dept has always been great. As a woman who honestly knows nothing about cars, I was nervous that I was going to be conned into things I didn’t need. I was lucky enough to have Mike help me who was extremely professional, friendly, and explained in detail what I needed now and suggestions for services repairs that were not needed immediately. Most definitely I would recommend Century! First and foremost we are repeat customers! We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!
