I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Great experience with West Coast Exotic Cars. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and ended up shipping the car to my door. The car arrived exactly as described. I will be purchasing my next car through the team at WCEC.

I had a wonderful experience with Robert. He was very flexible with me when I was coming from 96 miles away. It was very nice of him to set aside extra time for me and my mother. Processing the purchase of the car was great as well. I loved how thorough Robert was with making sure we really wanted the car. He wasn’t pushy or anything but just ensuring that me and my mother would be happy with what we take home. I really appreciated that. Just got done purchasing a 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Greg and Ryan. Truck is amazing and the price was right. I was in and out in 1 hour driving my truck off the lot. Also For those people writing reviews complaining about the additional cost of a vehicle… you LIVE IN CALIFORNIA! It’s taxes… act like you have been here before. I wanted to leave a compliment for the salesperson Dennis, who helped out Parris. I’m a friend of hers but he went above and beyond with helping us, being honest and making us feel at home whether it be at the dealership or on a test drive. There needs to be more salespeople like him. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make you feel forced, listened to your questions and answered them. After the sale he helped up hook up the Bluetooth and make sure everything was working for us. I hope this is passed along to his manager and also to him.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Had the chance to stop by at one of the locations. Chris was very informative and had great customer service. Wanted to leave this review as a thank you for his great service.
