From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I was shopping for a truck to haul a slide-in camper. I purchased a Silverado 2500 of which, after 3 days I found a sticker in the glovebox stating that GM did not recommend hauling a slide-in camper. I promptly contacted the salesman what could be done to get a truck that could handle the camper. Within a few hours he located a Silverado 3500 and was able to put together a deal that was mutually acceptable.
