We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. CarMax Charleston review
Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

Team Dodge RAM Fiat of Myrtle Beach review
Brought our Caliber in for a vibration in the front end. Brandon was our Service Advisor, ( Very Courteous), after they checked everything out, the Service Tech said it wasn't a Strut, but an out of balance wheel, which is a whole lot cheaper than the strut, and let us know, which I did know and needed to address, some of the Lug nuts we're not in good shape. Now, some places would have just dealt with them and put on a cheap lug nut to replace the bad ones, but we agreed they should all be replaced. Now, I could have gone somewhere else and had these replaced, and they might be the same as OEM, or maybe not, but by having them do it, I knew they'd be the correct ones. I would recommend this dealership for service. They were accurate, quick, clean and everyone was courteous. Thanks Brandon, Tim and the Service Tech,( sorry, whose name I didn't get).
