Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Everyone was nice, friendly and did the oil change in a short period of time. I am happy to trust that the work needed for my vehicle was done with the utmost professionalism. I have bought many cars over the years, all across the country and this was a trying experience, because of my commercial financing but Robert and Mark were very patient with a long drawn out process. They tried very hard to help me get the vehicle I was looking for for my business. The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

Impeccable Serice Jeremy Simonson, Brandon Gilsch were incredible. They handles my issue with the utmost professionalism and speed. They took the time to investigate and take care of my issue.

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

Lynch and their entire team is amazing. It is very clear that some people here (and on other sites) are more worried about trolling other people / people’s businesses than they are worried about themselves. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. If you are one of the miserable “whiny” customers out there then just work on it yourself or buy it on-line!

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) It's too far away for service but I'd go back there for a car1
