2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Shelor Motor Mile in November 2021. My wife and I were very pleased with the results of the purchase and the service Shelor provided over the next three years. We decided in the summer of 2024 that we were tired of the Jeep and decided to see what Shelor had to offer in the Toyota line of SUV’s. This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I must say it was a quick and painless process! I’ve heard horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships and all the headaches associated with the two. So I was skeptical about even attempting to purchase a car from a dealership of this size. But I found a car that I loved on their website and after inquiring online, their internet salesman, Carson, reached out. He was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had and even helped me schedule a test drive! When I got to lot I drove around until I found the car I had seen online. The info online was accurate as well as the photos! I was then approached by Richard Morgan who asked me all the right questions and was very quick to get the keys and send me on a test drive! Richard was absolutely fantastic and made this intimidating experience a memorable one! I decided to think about the purchase after the test drive and Richard was very understanding. He and I spoke on the phone for the next few days and we came to an agreement on the purchase price!!! He got all the necessary paperwork ready and even got my financing approved before I got off from work!!! I was in and out of the office in about an hour, with my new car!!! 5 star service! Highly recommend Richard, Carson and the whole Shelor team!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! All my future vehicles will be purchased from Shelor Motor Mile!!

Mid-State Ford review
I haven't visited the facility yet, so commenting on the physical dealership or service facility isn't yet possible. This dealership, so far, has gone the extra mile in assisting my son, who is currently deployed to Afghanistan and due to return at the end of Aug, with purchasing and holding a car for him. I called at least 8-10 other dealerships who had cars that my son was interested in, and none of them were willing to hold a car, even with a deposit until he returns. This dealership has gone that extra mile to help in this unique situation, and their willingness to do that has helped tremendously. The salesman I have dealt with is named Joe, and his assistance has been incredible so far. My son and I look forward to meeting him, and picking up my son's car early next month.
