New and used 2026 RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Burbank, CA

I need to bring my car in for Recall Service and other system malfunction. Because the recall service required multiple days, was offered a rental, but didn't use. It was a fast and seamless service and transaction.

Even though car trouble is never something to look forward to, I must say that Leslie Carmona made this an overall great experience. Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!

Very easy process. They were great to deal with. Ask for Adam Internet manager , he was super nice and wanted to make work with you to make a deal.

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

They were honest and said they would not change the oil because it didn't have 5,000 miles yet, but since I was taking a trip, they were glad to top my fluids. 10yrs I've been going there.
