Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. Had issues with clutch in my Jeep Gladiator. Repair was difficult, and pretty disappointed with MOPAR for substandard clutch. However, my service advisor Shannon was great and very helpful.
