I have worked with Stevenson Toyota West twice now with my 2001 4Runner! It has over 300,000 miles so I imagine it will continue to need work. Has parts are starting to wear out! This last visit the customer service was above and beyond, and I was moved by the humanity that the entire service department showed to a single Mom! Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was not inconvenienced as much as possible knowing that they were working on my sole mode of transportation! No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed.
