Jeff was extraordinary and realistic. I stopped by and drive the wrangler I was interested in. I wasn’t sure when I could return with my trade. He suggested I send pictures and info on my trade to get us in the ball park. Within 30 minutes of sending him my information that evening he called with a range for my trade. I had recently taken my ram truck in for an oil change, and it's good to know that I can rely on the technicians that work on my vehicle along with any new updates or factory modifications that need to be made,that Dellen has the qualified technicians to do the job. And that I can just go in and have a cup of coffee, and wander around looking at new vehicles chatting with people I have known for years. I really like the new dealership building, it's very wide open and bright inside. Excellent customer service waiting area, with coffee and snacks, sodas and water available.
