We had two vehicles serviced at Lithia on the same day. One a standard oil change and service on a vehicle we had purchased elsewhere used. Our other vehicle was a Charger SRT Redeye that needed a warranty issue and service. The service department was a joy to work with. From Devin, to the service Writers, and the Technicians everyone was professional, courteous and very helpful. We have purchased numerous new and used vehicles from Lithia in Great Falls and the service department is a very big part of the reason we keep coming back. I was so thrilled to find my dream car, a 2017 Nissan Murano at Dee Motor in Anaconda. I tried one out in Missoula but the price and aggressiveness of the sales dept. were a real deterrent. The price of this car at Dee' s was fantastic, Rob handed me the keys, said take it for a spin. From that point on, Rob and I were able to communicate via text, email & phone to get the deal done. Three days later I came back, signed the papers & picked up my car. So easy. He also offered me fantastic incentives, like matching cash down, good price on my trade in and first year's paid registration. He also got me hooked up with after market leather heated seats.
