Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! I am a return customer. Corey and Matt assisted me with my second lease. They are not pushy and understood my budget and worked with me to stay on budget. There was no pressure to stray from what I needed and wanted. When my lease is up I will definitely be returning. *Buick Envision was not an option in the drop box but that is what I leased.
