I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks

very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

Had a tiny hole in windshield. Brought the car to them and they had a man from Dent Wizard that filled the hole. He was very friendly and professional. Trustworthy! I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
