Bought my 4th vehicle from AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe Rd. We had a really good salesman that took his time and showed me a few vehicles and pointed out all the options on the Ram 1500 Rebel type 1 and type 2. We ended up purchasing the type 2 from Jeff Florez, he is personable, friendly and honest. I have never walked away from this dealership without getting superior customer service, this is the reason I keep going back. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

As a matter of fact the whole process and everyone was easy to work with. Not the dealer where sale and sale manager go back and forth to do some crazy negotiating. Open transparent and fair dealing. Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

The emission's system is a mess on this year truck. It has been in the shop a dozen times or so for exactly that. not withstanding that even when I have trouble with a code for emissions the truck has never missed a beat. Runs great, drives great super tough truck to have.

Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Honestly, Dan may be the best communicator I've ever dealt with. He always responded immediately, I was mostly impressed with his immediate and accurate responses. Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.
