Let me use the acronym F-A-S-T to describe my latest visit on Jan 23: F - Friendly - I received a warm and friendly greeting at reception that made me feel welcome. A - Appearance - The appearance of the customer lounge was inviting with comfortable, cushy chairs that had charging ports, a TV and hot and cold refreshments available. S - Swift - They were swift and professional, striving to get my service completed quickly without compromising the quality of work completed, applying any existing coupons for service that were available. T - Technology - They used a wonderful blend of technology (texts: one with a video link to show me how my multipoint inspection went, another to let me know my car was ready AND a link to pay online (cool!)) and personal service with one of the reception staff coming to the lounge to let me know my car was ready and that I could come checkout at my leisure, no rush. So I felt comfortable to enjoy the nice lounge for a little longer. When I did go checkout, the service staff member was courteous and went over all my service paperwork with me and gave me a big smile and shook my hand before I left. With the F A S T service that I received I felt like not only a valued customer, but a part of a family. This quality of customer service is what I have experienced with this dealership across all departments, whether I am working with sales to lease a new car, finance to finalize paperwork, or service to get maintenance done. The service department staff, from the front desk to the techs, deserve a monetary bonus and a department award from Mazda for superior sustained performance. Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. We had our vehicle towed to this dealership for a clutch issue. From the start, our service advisor Carly did an outstanding job. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kept us up to date. The technician found other issues that had been overlooked or missed by the dealership we bought the vehicle from. They fixed those issues and Carly ensured that all of the warranty process was taken care of. Having dealt with a few dealerships and service centers in the past few years, I have to say Crestview CDJR renewed my faith that some companies still care about customer service. We are 3.5 hours from this dealership and will make the drive there the next time we decide to buy a vehicle, simply because of the service we got from their service center.

I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me through this purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the XT6 Sport that I went there to look at and purchase. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is so professional. She took her time going over all the accessories that are on the vehicle that I purchased. This was very important since my last vehicle, XT4, had few accessories.

Quick and easy. Sales experience and finance was exceptional. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted. Other dealers did not have the car and color I wanted. Trade allowance was good compared to other dealers.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.
