Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Our salesman was Benny. He was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude through the whole process. He was very thorough but never forceful. Eugene did amazing job of getting us the most value for our trade-in. He also worked our loan like an absolute professional giving us the best possible rates that we can get. He also did an amazing job on our trade-in getting the very best value that we could’ve ever imagined. We had an absolutely great experience with Frank the finance Director who actually lowered the original payment monthly of our vehicle after we were told it would be a lot more. He was very thorough with our warranties and insurance and we felt totally confident that everything in our deal with Southern car dealership that could’ve possibly been done to help us in our situation was done. We walked in there in debt and scared and we walked out the proud new owners of a 1500 dodge ram and had an amazing experience. My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Have been using AutoHaus for Mercedes I have owned. Have found their work top notch, their pricing fair and competitive, and their ability to track down and remedy issues very precise. Recently purchased a new used Mercedes from them and the attentiveness by both Brian Jagoda and Vincent Frazier was exceptional. Pricing was competitive and actually somewhat below asking prices for competitive models elsewhere. Any issues were addressed immediately. Brought car home and late afternoon tried starting it. Battery was dead. A tech was dispatched to my house at around closing time to replace the battery w/o charge. Good service.

Came in to look at a lifted F250, Truck was (and still is) amazing. I worked directly with Jeff from the dealership on the sale and it was good to buy a car from an actual person instead of the usual 'car salesman' type. I just wish they sold cars too, but otherwise it was a great experience. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.
