Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I live in Jax, FL and have been looking for a car since Dec. I had some bad experience's at well known dealerships here in Jax and it made an already difficult decision even more frustrating. I had been wanting the Volvo xc60 for a while now but it was a bit out of my budget so i thought it was out of the question. I stumbled upon a 2025 with 15k miles for 31k and another around the same price at VW of Gainsville... probably close to 10k under anything i had found near me. I thought something must be wrong....but everything checked out! Within hours of finding it one of them was already sold. I reached out immedietly and a nice gentleman named Freddie got in contact with me. I was slightly disappointed because i had a trade that i did not want to drive down, along with a cosigner and figured it would be too complicated of a process. He made things so easy, offered to deliver the SUV AND pick up my trade free of charge...and offered me more than any other dealership had, without even seeing the car in person first! Everything was done remotely and, while i was working mind you. They gave me a great deal and worked with me every step of the way. Freddie was great to deal with and by no means pushy in any way and Willie the manager who helped with all the paperwork was also fantast. The only hiccup was paperwork being sent to the wrong email for my cosigner. Even with that happening and the paperwork being half done, they still came with my car and let us finish the next day (and even that took a while due to work, and WIllie having to stay late just to wait on!) the car was in my driveway the very next morning!!! I would buy from them again and 100% recommend them to a friend! easy, painless, and quick process!

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I purchased a 2024 Tucson and had a bit of a glitch concerning the salesperson. She didn’t follow through on an issue… I contacted Lowell Lackey who is one of the assistant managers and wow!!! He is the epitome of how people in managerial roles should conduct business!! I was beyond impressed with the way he attended to my concerns and did so immediately. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Stephen took excellent care of my vehicle and clearly demonstrated that he cared about both the quality of the work and my safety. He was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

They did not and were great listeners to my needs and wants no pressure From The general manager Chris Brough who personally took excellent care of me to get me all my discounts plus more . Their staff was top notch with customer service getting me coffee while I was waiting on my new 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Midnight Express Blacked out edition. Love this Truck. Their sales consultant Trevor Tolles . I was very impressed with his people skills being a fresh young man and knowing his knowledg of their vehicles options and packages ! Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

Needed a 2500 with Diesel towing power. So far this truck has lived up to all of my expectations... comfort, performance and style all meet my expectations thus far.

We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

This was my second time buying a car from Lone Star Chevrolet and second time working with salesman Michael Jackson. Michael was great seeing all my needs were meet and went over and above to make that happen. Elvis was the one who took his time to go through everything on the car with me and setting up all the car apps and radio stations. Michael and Elvis get 5 stars from me for their excellent service. I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job.
