Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Got off to a rocky start, but the sales team and sales manager were accommodating and treated me with respect. The finance manager didn't oversell and got me the products that I needed. Would recommend again.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I prefer not to go onto dealership and purchase a car, never found it to be a pleasant experience, however this was different. I had an appointment with Jaime Huezo, he had the car bought around for my inspection, settled on a price and the process was over in a matter of minutes. It was the easiest car experience I've experienced.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I purchased my car out of state over the phone. Michael was the salesman and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase and shipping of the car went smoothly. Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. 1st Ram I’ve ever owned went with 2020 6.7 Cummins tradesman with Ram box. My first choice was Ford F-250 diesel, but couldn’t find any dealership with them during the shortages. Went with Dodge cummins do pull dump trailer an excavator. Overall I’ve been really impressed, I’ve put this truck through xxxx and it has answered. The countless number of property improvements have been amazing! Pros interior, radio, and ride…great for road trips and hwy mileage is 20+ mpg. Cons, doors are clunky and heavy, recalls…can’t keep up with all the recalls, ram box is poorly designed doesn’t ever shut right…would advise against. Overall it’s a good looking truck, and it’s a work horse….definitely heavy duty!
