WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The truck has been showing problems with some of the sensors. Last visit, for example, the oil change was done and all is well. Not according to the engine oil alert that is showing.

I went in wanting to compare four trucks. He lined them up, had their printouts and even took me to weigh two of them to make sure I was getting into a truck that I could work. While processing the paperwork, he dropped us off at a deli so we wouldn’t be wasting time. Once we were done eating, financial was ready for signature. I will be back for my next truck!

I came across the truck I am now in while at work. It was on my way home and I had to get into something. Tried several dealers in springs where I mainly work and kept getting the run around or no call backs. Even though the family doesn’t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don’t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase.
