He made the process smooth from start to finish and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager, Anthony Williamson, truly made this experience special. From the moment we sat down with him, he treated us like family — not just customers. Anthony took the time to really connect with us, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. His kindness, honesty, and care stood out in a way you don’t often see, and it meant more to us than we can express. The management team also worked hard to make a great deal happen, and we’re very grateful for that. Overall, this was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep review
While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!
