I visited the dealership and appraised (based on milage and real condition of the car), once I had the correct value for the car and interest rate for financing, I made my offer, and once they confirmed the numbers, we made the deal in less than 15 minutes! They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car.
