He promptly answered questions and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The used car was thoroughly detailed at time of pick up. Purchasing process was a breeze. Bridget Cavalier, in finance office, was pleasant and had all the paperwork in order. Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Day and night difference in the vehicle buying experience. They need to be shut down and sure wouldn't be missed when you can go to John Hirsch in Cambridge, MN and work with Thomas Lee!)

These folks reached out after a technical error on capturing my phone number and realized that I likely had an affiliation discount available to me. That helped make the difference and we were able to put together a deal that worked for both them and me. What made me happy was they actually had the very vehicle (with all the options and color scheme's) I was looking for and it made all the difference as I had also been shopping at two other dealerships which were well equipped. The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. My sales executive was new to this dealership, and he was eager to please and bent over backwards to make sure I saw the right vehicle and got the experience I needed to make the purchase. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.
