Was in another dealership and saw the same jeep on line at SW - while waiting for offers - I messaged and set up buying process in a quarter of the time I was sitting at the other dealership. Walked in, looked at jeep, sat down, got final offers and was out the door in an hour - only wait time was waiting for detailing to be done by tech which I was grateful for! I have bought two promasters from these guys in a bout six months time. As a business owner I don't have much free time was able to get in touch with Jeff Hale and put the ball in his court. It was the easiest purchase iv made I spent maybe 1 hour each buy at the dealership just to shake hands sign pick up and out the door ! No hassle got what I wanted for the price I wanted even a little cheeper. Will keep my business here!

I was shopping for a vehicle and open to new or used. After looking at several vehicles through the state, I settled on a new one. I had a decent offer from a dealership over an hour away. No pressure to sell. Byron was of tremendous help, knowledgeable, and loved to share his fathers great history in service to his country. He even sent me home with great reading material on him. Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Bought my 4th vehicle from AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe Rd. We had a really good salesman that took his time and showed me a few vehicles and pointed out all the options on the Ram 1500 Rebel type 1 and type 2. We ended up purchasing the type 2 from Jeff Florez, he is personable, friendly and honest. I have never walked away from this dealership without getting superior customer service, this is the reason I keep going back. No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. But ask for Sadie or Lauren...they are rockstars!!
