Thank you so much to the AutoNation NRH team for making me feel so welcome and for really listening to what I was looking for in the Jeep. Javier was incredibly nice and answered all my questions about the Jeep and even had a pretty red bow on it when I came to pick it up. However, Anthony Williamson is the reason I actually bought from NRH. I have been looking for a Jeep for a while and went to a few different dealerships, but Anthony?s energy, kindness and understanding of whatu I was looking for when it came to the financing were super helpful. He made me feel comfortable, and he went over all my warranties and programs available to ensure my Jeep stays in the best shape. I really appreciate the whole team, but especially Anthony. He seriously needs a huge $10,000 to $20,000 raise because he?s the reason I will always come back. Thank you!

Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat review
I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. He explained everything in plain English, did not try to strong arm me and left me feeling like he honestly wanted to get me the best deal possible. Good Job Classic Dodge!

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Brought my vehicle back to get a situation addressed under the warranty provided with the prior service visit. The issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, at no charge, and the service department also conducted a premium-level wash and dressing on the exterior, along with vacuuming the interior, a nice surprise went I went to pick it up. This service center has always been courteous and professional with me, and I have much greater trust in them than any other repair shop I've used previously.
