This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!

Made an appointment to test drive a used Ford Transit. The salesperson was waiting to meet us at the appointed time with the vehicle parked front and center. After looking over the van and taking it for a drive we decided to purchase it. The dealership adjusted the price to our advantage and the deal was completed. Very friendly folks.

We found our car for sale at Larry H Miller, Boise, on Cars.com. They were always no-pressure and always responsive with answering my questions. Chris the salesman even met us at the airport to pick us up when we flew in to buy the car. Shane walked us through all the paperwork with calm patience. It was a pleasant experience overall. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

I just bought a 2025 Ram 1500 @ Dennis Dillon. Zane was great! Actually the whole process was excellent, and I am not one to enjoy the stress of car buying. BTW, they are very competitive with prices and service. This was my second time using them in 10 years. Both positive experiences.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Everyone was helpful and worked hard to make sure I could pick up my truck when I was able. When I got to the dealership it only took about an hour, including my test drive, to finalize all of the paperwork.

If Chuck Norris was a tuck he would be a 3500 dually limited night edition. I feel like Chuck Norris driving it! I can't even feel my 42ft toy hauler on it. Almost forgot is was back there!

I would give Jake and his team the highest marks possible for a used vehicle purchase from a dealership. I found a vehicle that met my needs that was in great condition at a fair price. I flew to Idaho from the mid-west US and drove it back 2000 miles without issue. They were very responsive to all my questions in the process of investigating the vehicle and they were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I looked at several other trucks on their lot while I was there and it appeared all of them were low mileage, rust free trucks in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again and in fact I plan to do so in the next year or so.

Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue
