Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

MUST READ ALL: I recently visited several Toyota dealerships within a 10 mile radius of AUTONATION more towards the Lake Jackson area. While shopping around to buy and trade in a vehicle here?s something important I learned: not all Toyota dealerships are the same. They?re individually owned and operated so what one dealership tells you may be completely different just a few miles down the road. That was definitely my experience. AutoNation Toyota was the third dealership I visited and it was by far the best. Right from the moment I walked in the vibe was completely different. I wasn?t bombarded by 5?10 aggressive salespeople like I was at the Toyota dealership in Manvel. Honestly I feel bad for anyone going there without a strong will because the pressure was intense and uncomfortable. At AutoNation I was greeted respectfully and genuinely by Yoail (pronounced Joel) a kind and nonpushy salesperson who helped me right away. He brought in Samuel the manager who was just as considerate and worked with us to approve the numbers we had discussed. And shoutout to Chris in finance (from Chicago!), who made the paperwork process a breeze and actually enjoyable. What stood out the most is that they didn?t pressure me they didn?t try to upsell me on pointless addons and they gave me more for my tradein than the other places had offered. I felt like a real person here not just another number walking through the door. They even offered some great incentives that helped make the deal even better! I?m extremely grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back when it?s time to shop for my kids? cars. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I?m not one to leave reviews online when I have bad experiences , non the less when I have a good one BUT I really feel my experience at Cook Ford and giving appreciation to Eric Osorio(sell?s guy) and Tania Brown(finance manager) is well worth what little time I have to get on here and leave them a review. I bought my 2022 F150 on Nov 22nd just before Thanksgiving. I?m a man of little free time when I?m off work and was in somewhat desperate need of a truck. With thanksgiving being only 2 days away I was stressed enough not knowing if I?d be home for the holiday or stuck on a train at work so I had that to add on to my stress. Just as I pulled into the parking lot rain started to pour down. I took that as a bad luck sign. I felt as if I was going to walk into the dealer and be rushed,forced and pressured into buying something I didn?t really want at a price I felt was over priced. Eric Osorio made me feel the complete opposite of that. I didn?t go in with a certain truck in mind,I just knew I needed one. Rain was still pouring and he did not hesitate one bit to go outside in the pouring rain and walk the whole lot with me till I found the truck I wanted. Never complained about the rain nor made any bothered faces about me taking my time to look at their inventory. So we walk back in and start discussing numbers as well as a vehicle trade in as I was going to trade in a Ford Explorer I had. Was nervous because I never traded a vehicle in. He made the whole process seem like a walk in the park and was able to work with the Cook Ford manager on giving me a better offer for my Explorer than I had in mind. Everything just seemed like it was going too good based on my passed experience at a previous Ford dealer back in 2019. Across the hall from Eric was the Finance Manager (Tania Brown). She was previously helping out another client as Eric was wrapping up all the paperwork I needed to sign. As Eric was finishing I could see a young lady in her early 20?s with her mom walking out Tania?s office with a big smile. That gave me somewhat of a stress reliever. Just as Eric introduces me to Tania and it?s my turn to walk in and go through the final finance process with Tania her lunch was getting delivered via grubhub. Being that I spend a lot of time away from home and don?t really get to sit down with my family at the dinner table every day/night Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner time is sacred to me when I am home with my wife and son of 2yrs old. So I told Tania that I didn?t mind waiting outside while she ate her hot meal that had just been delivered. She told me it was fine and that she could wait till she got done with me. This made me feel like now she was going to rush me out of there and not give me the same impeccable service I received from Eric Osorio so I told her once more that I didn?t mind waiting but she insisted in helping me still. To my surprise miss Tania Brown made me feel just as comfortable as when I was dealing with Eric. She didn?t try to force me into getting anything I wasn?t really looking for in a warranty package. To be honest the price of the truck and monthly payment I was going to have was a bit more than I wanted but they were both able to give me a good deal on my trade in,new truck price and final financing. So much so that I was able to walk out with just the monthly payment and overall final financing price I was hoping for. Tania Brown really helped ALOT with getting me the perfect balance of warranty protection for my new truck. She was such a kind hearted person that I even shaved personally family business with her(in a good way,no negative stuff)and that?s something I don?t do even with my close friends. She even shared information about programs and events that will be fun and helpful to my wife,son and I. I drove in on a rainy day and gut feeling of bad luck and drove out feeling as if I just left Sunday service. I can?t help but say that Eric and Tania?s teamwork was top tier and 2nd to none! TY!

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

My only issue is that the car i was interested in was sold well before I came to look at it and despite asking through the online chat feature for the availability I never received anything prior to my visit. This disconnect between actual inventory and that listed on Cars.com shouldn't have happened. Otherwise I am satisfied with the vehicle I did end up purchasing and the monthly cost is fair for a new vehicle.

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.
