I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

Overall great experience! Straightforward pricing and willing to go out of their way to help you out. I wanted an electronic brake controller installed in the rig - they didn't hesitate to offer to bring it to uhaul and have it installed. Highly recommend.

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

Don't let anyone xxxxxxxx you into a big pig dually in less your towing over 20000lbs...their xxxx on full, can't park them anywhere but in the back and can't go through the car wash..there a ride for folks with a small xxxxx

My 2nd Dodge with the Cummins. I double pull a big Arctic Fox 5th wheel followed by a flatbed ATV trailer in Montana with my 2012 3500. I am amazed at the power as well as comfort. I am fully deleted with Turbo back 4 “ exhaust running the H&S Minimax, which helps keep the 68RFE happy with better shift points. I like the body style and I can get 21 MPG running empty.

Mark took my list of 'must haves' and put me in the perfect Jeep! I got everything I wanted and more! The time it took to do paperwork was very short, record time, and each person i worked with was wonderful. I had a 5.9 Cummins and loved it, over 300000 miles with hardly any issues at all. It was a northern truck and unfortunately rusted out in the rockets and bed. So I decided to get a 6.7 Cummins 2012 Ram. I can honestly say this is a superior truck to my old one and will go for well over 300000 miles.
