Used RAM 3500 trucks for sale near Elk Grove, CA

I received excellent customer service from Daniel. The service was good. I held back from excellent review on the service because I came home and found a small amount of fresh oil on my hood where a gloved hand had touched it. I immediately hand washed my car to protect my paint. Otherwise the service was great.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

The 2 salesmen I had were really great. My trips to check out and test drive cars were spread out over 3 weeks. No pressure, just patience with showing me and test driving used cars. Jeff and Chris were amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

Well deserved 5 Star review, very prifessional, no pressure and friendly staff. After reading some of those reviews I decided to be the judge myself. I called on a Tesla Model S they had advertised. called to check availability, Vince was very professional and knowledgeable. he answered few questions I had and offered to hold the vehicle for me since I am 2 hours drive from the dealership. in summary, vehicle checked out just like I was promised, test drive the vehicle got financed and out in less than an hour. fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Hauled a 24,000# DRV Fullhouse for a year. Great power and breaking. Comfortable and Reliable. Sold because I purchased a Motor Coach and selling my DRav 5th wheel.

Diesel runs and runs all day not missing a beat. Pulling big trailer across country over mountains and deserts. Only gripe is small fuel tank of 32 gallons, you have to install a bed mounted tank for better range.

Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

This truck does it all and very comfortable, rear springs carry load well and soft, get the Cummins Turbo Diesel. Big Horn with luxury package post rear!

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!
