It is great to know that there are people out there who take their job seriously.It was a pleasure working with William. I come from Land o lakes Florida and I don't mind the drive for great service.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I enjoyed dealing with them Shane an Johnny are great guys Shane called to check on us till we made it there an also after we got back home to see how we like the car an how was our day going wasn’t no rush buying from the time we pulled up it was a great experience we drove 8hrs from Mississippi to buy our Honda and it was worth every mile we drove felt so comfortable an like family with them an it was a very well kept up place an the Honda was super clean like advertised an we’ll buy from them again

The staff that helped us at Ferman Ford . Tom , David and Jeff proved to me that there are still people out there that not only talk the talk but walk the walk when it comes to the art and science of customer service !!! All three of these men went out of there way ,to deliver superior service !! Even at the end of the night when most would have been dragging there feet , short fused, all three of them comforted us and put our needs first !! Julie and I feel grateful , blessed and happy we chose Ferman to make our purchase . In a day in age when most people struggle to feel connection with other humans due to constant stimulus overload Julie and I felt we were the only couple on the planet at the dealership that evening . Every thing a human being dos is to change the way they feel !!! We purchase trucks and cars so we can feel safe , proud , excited . Tom , David , and Jeff are rare individuals that understand this and used there gifts to make the buying of our Ford one of the greatest experience's Julie and I have had in 26 years . Stellar service in a modern world is extremely rare but our experience proves you can still receive it if you fortunate enough to deal with individuals like Tom , David , and Jeff . beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

If Chuck Norris was a tuck he would be a 3500 dually limited night edition. I feel like Chuck Norris driving it! I can't even feel my 42ft toy hauler on it. Almost forgot is was back there!

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
