Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Jose Rivera was my salesman and he very helpful through the whole process and was not high pressure at all. He gave me all the information and let me make my decision on the van. This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

This team is well informed, willing to help, did I mention patient?! We all know how it can be when you go to a Dealership…salesman can be pushy because the product is likely subpar. Well, that wasn’t our experience AT ALL. They made us feel like they truly wanted to find out our needs so they knew the best way to accommodate our family. They Delivered!!! Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

These trucks are hard to find in this shape ..like new inside and out save thousands! Ram 3500 longhorn trucks are not available new at the moment in the state like this one. thanks

This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!

Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.
