I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and cannot be more impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. I am SO glad that I trusted Zeb, as he was kind throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help my family get the exact car that we needed. I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

The Houston location was great! Matt was very helpful and insightful. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely will be back!

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. However, they were very courteous and replied to my emails almost instantly. I was hoping to buy but I waited too long to make my move. If they happen to acquire the same model I would not hesitate to buy from Everest motors!

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Found the truck I wanted online and went directly to the dealership the next day. Upon arrival I spotted the truck right out front. Approached the vehicle and did a quick inspection, then the truck started. Walking up to the truck was Ro. The salesman Ro simply handed me the keys and said have a look. He was never pushy or trying to sale me. Very respectful and told me everything about the truck I wanted to know. I then proceeded on a test drive, everything was perfect. Back at the dealership Ro introduced my wife and I to AZ the general manager and finance guy. All I can say is AZ is first class all the way. Began paperwork, we were in and out in about and hour. Thank you Ro and Az for a pleasant and great car buying experience. You have a customer for life. Can’t wait to buy the next one!!!!!!

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

If Chuck Norris was a tuck he would be a 3500 dually limited night edition. I feel like Chuck Norris driving it! I can't even feel my 42ft toy hauler on it. Almost forgot is was back there!
