From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind to both me and my mom. Kristi was incredibly helpful in getting me in and making sure everything started off smoothly. She was so friendly and accommodating, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Christopher also did an amazing job facilitating the process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure each step was simple and easy to understand. What really stood out to us was when Mitch, the owner, came over personally to check in with us. He showed genuine kindness and a willingness to help, which made the experience feel even more personal. It’s not every day that an owner takes the time to make customers feel valued, and that meant a lot to both me and my mom. Throughout the entire process, everyone was respectful, patient, and truly focused on making sure we had a positive experience. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Overall, it was such a pleasurable experience, and I’m really grateful for how kind and professional everyone was to me and my mom. If anyone is looking for a dealership that makes buying a car simple, straightforward, and stress-free, I would absolutely recommend Car Index in Horsham. Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.
