Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
Warranty repair, parts came in earlier than estimated. However I was promised a one-day repair, and it took longer but they never called to advise status. I had to call multiple times the second day to get status, and when I was told it would be ready by about 10, I arrived around 11 and had to wait until after 1 pm before the car was ready. This was on a work day so the inaccurate estimates resulted in my wasting several otherwise productive hours.
Truly provided the most caring customer service of any dealership I've ever visited. Julius made sure we were happy and satisfied with our new Jeep Wrangler. I will only buy my future Jeeps from Criswell because of Julius and the staff. Leon, our sales consultant, was fantastic. Always pleasant and knowledgeable, he got us into the right vehicle. Thong, in finance, was great as well. He structured our deal perfectly. Everyone we had contact with was incredible. My profound thanks.
Drove up to Gaithersburg from NOVA on Halloween afternoon, since Criswell had my desired Cherokee TrailHawk on the lot! Much to my surprise, they were committed to getting me in this new vehicle. I usually dread things like regular inspections and oil changes because it can take up the whole day. I arrived at Safford Saturday morning around 7:15am requesting an oil change, tire rotation and VA inspection. They got started immediately and I was out of there by 8:45 as promised. An easy Saturday morning!
I traveled over 2 hours to this dealership. I called before I left and asked them to hold a vehicle I wanted. They did. It was very clean, ready to test drive. Jose by far is the best service manager I have ever dealt with in all my vehicle purchases ever they are not around the corner from me. But worth the drive.. We had a leased vehicle from Tate and our lease was up. Received a call from Ricardo Diaz wanting us to come in and discuss our options. Ricardo was very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and overall great to deal with. He gave us all our options clearly on paper and with no pressure let us make our decision. I like that in a salesman…can't stand high pressure salesman! Within a short time we had made the transition from our leased Jeep to our new Jeep without a hitch. Then 7 miles down the highway the tire went flat!?!? Fortunately for us we had purchased the warranty package and with the push of the ASSIST button on the rear view mirror someone was there to change the tire…at no charge to us. The next day we returned to Tate, where we were pleasantly greeted by Keith the Repairs Manager, informing us they were giving us a NEW tire…honestly we were prepared to go to battle for a new tire because we were sure they were going to want to plug the old one. Everyone we dealt with at Tate was a pleasure to meet.
