If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

We talked with Mark and made the vehicle was still available for Saturday he was off so we dealt with Rick and from start to finish it was great, Our financing was done with Beth and she walked us though all of the paperwork prior to our signing anything. This service was my first one since buying my Tucson in Ct. I recently moved to Fort Myers. The service advisor (David Sanchez) was very patient, courteous and he answered all my questions.The service was fast, and considering I took it at 4:15pm. Everything was explained to me and I was out in 45min.

After my vehicle was struck and totalled I began looking for a car. After numerous dealerships poor attitude and turning me away, I stumbled across this dealership. Since I just happened to be in the area I contacted them and set up and appointment. Immediately they welcomed me and I felt like they were truly there to help me. I wasn’t a number or just commission, I was somebody that was treated as if I was important. They helped me find several options and thanks to them I left with my first brand new car that I really love. He made it clear that buying a car is a serious commitment, and once you buy, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. To help me make the best decision, he shared five key things every buyer should look out for: 1️⃣ Check the Vehicle History – They emphasized how important it is to review a full history report to avoid hidden surprises. A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. I took my Rav4 Hybrid in for a transmission and trans axle fluid change and had the pleasure of Sara Miles as my service coordinator. Even though it was a routine low cost service, I felt she gave me the same attention as someone spending thousands of dollars. It was great communication from start to finish, she hooked me up with a great loaner car, and the final price was a little lower than was originally quoted (of which was 25% lower than Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo). Stephen Lacy was the service technician and he left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and even honored my request to pull and save me a sample of the old fluid. Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I will drive 30 miles out of my way to Sunshine Toyota for any future needs!

The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with.
