We purchased a jeep grand cherokee trailhawk from another state and had a problem only with the hood factory decal . We went to our nearest jeep dealer and they were NOT helpful at all so we called the Cleveland dealership. I was in a horrible car accident that totaled my car. I wasn?t ready or prepared to look for and purchase a new car.
