Santiago , is the best employee I had ever come across at Al Hendrickson. He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. But between today and yesterday Santiago was able to fix the issue for me and get my cover fix . He is amazing and the best employee Al Hendrickson could have . He deserve a raise.

I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Palm Beach. I called the service department on a Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Niko was my service representative and he did an outstanding job with keeping me informed with the service performed on the car and what might be needed for the vehicle with future service appointments. I waited for the car at the dealership and really appreciated the large and open customer lounge area. The lounge also has a refreshment bar with a great attendant, and I took advantage of having a couple of the delicious corn muffins baked right there behind the bar area. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how quickly I was in and out of the dealership considering how busy things were that morning. I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. He’s a very positive outgoing guy and represents the dealership very well

The heater in my truck stopped working. They were able to take me in without an appointment, figure it out, fix it and have me back on the road again in a short period of time. I didn?t lease this truck from here, but have in the past. I feel their service department does a good job when I?ve needed help!
