I have bought vehicles here and sent family and friends here. Always a good experience. I go for service here as well. Jon Moore is a busy man but always makes the deal happen. He works hard and puts in alot of hours but it is his passion!! His love for the business and his love for his customers make him Superman! Talk about a multi tasking salesman. It blows me away. Red River Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Bought a Used Dodge truck about a year ago. It was an older truck I bought with the sales person Jim Beardsley who I have known for several years. Was concerned about several features of the truck, knew little about Dodge products. He has let me stay in touch with him with all of my questions and always helpful. Last Friday, at a local shopping outlet, I suddenly have a dead battery. Had no clues I was going to have a problem, I am dead in the water.!!!!!! I called Jim ans asked if the dealership could run a service truck down to me and jump my battery to get me to the shop. He replied 15 minutes and got my location. Was not a service truck, he came from dealership and jump-started my battery, called their shop and found out they had one to fit the truck and told the service adviser , I was coming. 15 minutes to their shop closing, I show up, they get me in and get me out by closing time. Wow.....What more could you possibly ask of a salesman and a service adviser (ready to go home) and a shop (ready to go home) I would recommend Jim to anyone shopping for a vehicle and their shop services as well.....
