Rate them 11/10. These guys really went above and beyond to make my dream car affordable for me. In the process of finalizing everything, I asked if they recommended anyone for window tinting for the front windows. They said they could take it to have it done for me, and in a matter of minutes it was taken care of. I’m very impressed by their genuine nature and willingness to help. Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. Professional throughout, and the shuttle service was a really lifesaver.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.
