Well scheduled appointment. Easy to change online if needed. Everything went as planned. Very nice waiting room with tv's, restrooms, and drink station (best I've ever seen for an automotive service). David and Joel were great. It was the first time buying a car from a dealership in another state and it was something I swore I would never do without physically being in person to see a car. But right off the bat David put me at ease by accommodating my requests. The car was exactly as David said it would be. I have to give props to Joel as well he found me a good finance rate and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived.
