I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. My service truck came in for a small oil leak. It was a small fix and didn’t turn into a major repair. They kept me informed though-out the repair process also handled all of the recalls. All this was completed in a timely manner. Got me in and out!
