I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tim Short Chrysler Dodge in Middlesboro, KY and have NEVER had a better buying experience! :-) I rarely give Five Stars on a review, but the folks at Tim Short Middlesboro deserve the recognition! I am a working, single momma with no time for hassle and fuss. Kevin Melton was my sales associate, and to say he went above and beyond to help me is an understatement!! I live several hours away and had lots of questions and concerns and Kevin accommodated my every need and request. He did everything possible to make this purchase happen and made it easy! Mark Calloway assisted me in the financing department, and he was equally helpful and made the purchase easy and quick.
