Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. My husband and I were out shopping around for a car. We wanted something with good gas mileage, low miles and a little newer then our other 2 vehicles. We had driven by the dealership about a month before and remember someone had come out to talk to us even though it was after hours. When we stopped in the other day we were greeted again with a smile. Kent helped us but was not pushy at all. He was very easy going and even stayed past closing time to process our paperwork for use to drive the car off the lot that night. It was a great experience and we are both happy with the clean very good looking car we purchased.
