This was the best dealership I ever worked with! I drove an hour and a half to get there and it was more than worth it! The president and his family and all of the staff are so friendly and will get you the best deal for you and the car that you WANT! I have bought or leased many cars in my life and this was the best experience I ever had!

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

Awesome experience for my first BIG car purchase! I worked with Kevin Emling to get my dream car in the price range I needed it while the market is still in the hole. We found my car and was never pressured throughout my selection and decisions which at other dealerships in the past I have being a young girl to get something more expensive. The process of getting my car was painless and everything was explained throughly to me on what I was paying as well as my trade in I was over the moon with! If you go to Taylor Ford in Manteno I highly recommend asking for Kevin. If your not able to get him I’m more than sure your in greats hands with anyone else there. Great place will be coming back when I decided I need another upgrade!

I bought it in 2018 with 106k on it, It has 201k now. I have replaced the battery and a cooling fan relay. Recall replaced the cooling fan. Thats it! Very reliable, power is very good for a 4 cylinder. I had it towed to the dealer this morning because it wouldnt start. May need a starter- after 200k, that is expected. Driving the company van, an NV 200, til I get mine back. I wouldnt buy an NV 200. I use mine for work, 6 days a week.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Tomas was my service provider and truly showed me such great customer service that I will not be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper Maintenence and is still helping me to explore better options for my Maintenence and warranty. We can of course pick apart minutiae to a point of reficulousness. That's NOT honest. It's called an agenda. This little van comes with an amazing footprint offering to a degree, just about anything you need it for. Energy efficient, spacious, multi use, compact ability to go anywhere, good pickup assuring safer transitions, pretty good visibility. Gers you to your destination, a long eith anything you want to reasonably carry. It's also sharp looking , especially considering the "norm" of what most other vehicle styles there are. Happiness and satisfaction IS what YOU make of it. I give it a 5 star, but then again, in my bias, I choose happiness.

Amazing little van can fit lots of tools and supplies and easy to park. I enjoyed the get up and go of the van. I do construction in the city and it’s probably the best choice I have made.

Just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from here. I want anyone who is leery of reviews like I am, questioning if alot of 5 stars are just bots, to be reassured you will get a 5 star experience here. I've only ever had used cars, and even with this one being nine years old, it was the cleanest and closest to new condition that I've ever bought. The previous owner had made some aftermarket changes to the dash I hadn't realized while searching online. The team was able to work with me to accommodate my, perhaps, off center needs (i.e. I was looking for a car with a CD player lol). I want to give a big shout-out to Danny. Interest rates aren't great right now, and we went with the finance company that responded first. In the day waiting on the radio to be changed, they received a better quote on the interest rate than what I had signed and agreed to. He could have just let it be instead of dealing with the annoyance redoing the paperwork, and I wouldn't have blamed him. However, he wasn't concerned with that, which seems unheard of. I cannot imagine many other dealers, large or small, taking that extra time to make sure the customer is taken care of from all angles. The owner was real nice and cared about me getting the car I wanted, not just whatever he could sell. Chris was super patient and unbothered the times I called in checking on the status of the alterations. They have 2 super cute dogs you can pet while waiting on paperwork. I've never had a car purchase stand out like this, which is why I'm writing this review. Everyone here has an approach uncommon to any dealer I've been to. I can 100% recommend C3 without reservation or hesitation.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

Although I didn't purchase the vehicle, George at East Coast was very attentive and thorough, would not hesitate to use them again if needed!

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.
