In searching a for fuel efficient, small cargo van, it was a tough choice between the NV200/City Express and the ProMaster City. It finally came down to a couple of features: window visibility in the rear and overall exterior styling. The ProMaster quite frankly has a "look" only a mother could love.

Love my 2015 Promaster City. Gas mileage is amazing, more useful than my 07 Tacoma was. I can go to a DIY store on a rainy day and get anything I need for a project I'm working on and fit more than I was ever able to in my pick up and get it home dry! Over 38k miles now and no issues at all. Love all the options on my SLT too... Bluetooth, touchscreen, rear back up camera with part assist... I could go on. I would recommend to anyone looking for an economical utility vehicle whether you're looking to use it for personal or commercial use.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

With previous cars (Chrysler) I would drive 30 miles to get serviced because I didn't like my relationship with the service staff. They made it clear they were out to get every nickel out of me! With AutoNation, I have found a team I will bend over backwards for. I make the appointment, I show up on time, and they do the job they promised to do, in a timely manner. Coffee (free) and snacks (cost) are good, facility is beautiful, and the service is great.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

Drives more like a sedan not a van. Solid steering and nice acceleration. Hugs the road nicely and has ample room for suitcases and trips to the grocery as well as weekend projects.

I am having engine problems and the dealership cannot repair it. I like the vehicle for my work. I am a locksmith. It provides all me needs and really good gas mileage.

Update: Today 8-9-22 the owner called and I went down to the dealership to talk with him. He said he would replace my dash with a OEM part from GM. He was very nice and wanted to make this right. That is all I wanted from the very start. So I promised to pull this complaint when it is all said and done with. Stay tuned

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Welcoming, quick, and easy. The environment was clean, and the staff were very helpful. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. The place is big, clean, and has a wide selection of cars. I was able to buy a car in just one day. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend this place.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I like the comfort of this vehicle. It has decent space in the cargo area. I like the fuel economy. 27 mpg Hwy and 21 city. The only fault I've discovered so far is: Depending on the.position of the van, its sometimes difficult to see traffic coming from the right when stopped because the windows aren't big enough to see that far back. Ive tried using my mirror and that didn't work either. Had to reposition my vehicle.
