When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

After about a month of searching for a car, Endless visits to dealership they just didn't have the car I wanted, or we just couldn't come to deal. I was looking online and found the car I wanted, but it was over an hour away at Cox Auto. So, i gave them a call and spoke with a salesman (Travis) told him what I was looking for and wanted and within a few text messages and two phone calls we made a deal went the dealership and within a few hours i was driving away in my new car. Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

"Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City...." - brianwoodward57 Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City. Each time, there is no nonsense, no pressure and no games. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely kind. They assisted me with walking me through the entire process. It is very hard to buy a car sight unseen but the videos and information made it easy. They even went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied even AFTER my purchase . Driving it few days later. Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I am so happy, that they always go above and beyond to service my car. I recommend if you’re in the market for a car, start at Rosens and for all your service needs call Patty. Thank you!!! This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!
