I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.

From the time I made the phone call and signed the document for the 2013 Tahoe Rahim form motorvation was kind courteous and understanding of my needs. We can speak for other people, but we had the best service. I waited a year before I put a review we bought a 2015 f 250 and we had some problems but Rahim did everything he could to help us I will buy an other truck now and we definitely will go to him.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
