I went in and bought two identical Ford escapes for my two College sons. Mr. Ron Smith made the experience very very easy. He is the best ever if you need a sales person go to Ron Smith at Grand Prairie Ford.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

I contacted them on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! I could not have asked for a better experience. The 5 hour drive was well worth it.

I'm 6'-6" tall and its got plenty of room for me. It drives well, parks well, and we've had fun camping in it. Mine is a custom camper. I like the fact that it fits in a city parking garage, but its a 3/4 ton van. The wagon seats 5. If you finish the walls in back, its very quiet. Most adaptable vehicle I've owned. Mileage is great, especially for a van.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

My experience there was a good one, customer service was awesome and it is a long process to buy a vehicle but they made it go by quickly. Finance officer was awesome as well. They need to clean up the showroom its old and needs a deep cleaning

I walked in and was immediately seen by Eddie. He was very polite and helpful in assisting me with what I liked and showed me what i wanted. My day was successful and i left with the car i wanted and payments i wanted. Actually payments are lower then i asked. Made my day even better.
