Another great, 5star experience!!! So I had a scheduled appointment to wait at the dealership for an oil change, tire repair and a concern I had about the performance of my vehicle. My advisor Peyton, was awesome, able to get the foreman and whom also advised me,Tony, to ride with me and ask about my concerns shortly after I arrived. After taking my vehicle to the back, the technician Travis, did an inspection and was able to find other issues that needed attention. So I was able to get the repairs done all at once. Which was great cause of my busy schedule. Peyton was very knowledgeable and quick to give updates, quotes and time frame of repairs needed. I was impressed with the lead cashier Kimberly, who listened in on our conversation and although I had expected to wait, she was able to come up with a solution for a day rental so I could get the rest of my errands done and pick up my kids after school. Rico was a huge help, I was unsure if I'd be able to get the truck as my budget was kinda low, but I got a great rate and good amount for my trade. He kept me updated on the status of my financing, worked the numbers, signed that same day.

Upon arrival, the hospitality I received from Chris was very excellent. He was very patient with encouraging me to pick a new car while I waited on my previous one to be evaluated. Chris was very honest about the new car I picked. He had showed me other cars, but had pointed out that this specific car would be suitable for my business. I was worried about getting the car and finding out that there were things wrong with it. However, Chris was very honest and told me that anything that had been in need of fixing had been fixed. I took the car in for inspection, and it cleared. Thanks to Nissan for having Chris as their employee because he is certainly good at what he does. Above all, honesty is what we need in a world full of dishonest people. That is what Chris exemplifies.

Excellent!!!!! Service was amazing. My advisor was knowledgeable and professional. I have been to other places where I felt like I was being taken advantage of, but at this Nissan I got honest good service. Hard to find this anywhere nowadays.
