I want to say that our salesperson Jason Harvey was really super helpful after going to Koons Tyson Toyota after a rather poor experience at Darcars Toyota. I had intended to just look at a red RAV4 they had in stock but we went home with it that night and left them our 2000 Honda CRV. I have deal with more than a few car salespersons over the past 3 months but Jason was one of the top friendly and helpful salespersons that I have dealt with. If most car salepersons were just half as good and friendly as him, the world would be a better place. I highly recommend him. LOL, being my 2000 Honda CRV was totally lacking most modern features found current new cars, he had to explain quite a bit to me and my wife and certainly helped set up our Apple carplay. My wife really liked him too.

My wife and I drove up to Koons from Ashland to look at a used car. We ended up not feeling it was a good fit, but Omar asked us to check out the terrains. We were hesitant at first but took one for a drive and ended up loving it. After a few days of thinking and some research we purchased one. Omar was such a great help, not pushy at all and very understanding that I like to do a lot of research. Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Bought a vehicle from Dasto Auto where they gave me a fair price. Great customer service, never pressured me and was upfront with the price and leeway. Worked with me on some minor issues that came up. Was very satisfied with this place. I recommend it 100%. I do recommend they do a little more inspection of the vehicles to make sure cars are 100%. Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Jimmy at Carmart. was absolutely terrific. Out of the dozens of times I have bought a car from anyone this was the most smoothest ever one that I felt no unease about. Jimmy took care of a problem after the sale with no hassles even picked up and delivered my wife while his crew worked on the car. By far the best dealership I have ever worked with. If you’re looking for an honest dealership that you don’t feel will cheat you this is the one.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

I was recently in the market for a low mileage used car and ran across their website. They had a large selection of vehicles in my price range with the equipment I desired. I called and spoke to Susan Thrift about the car I wanted and she was very helpful. They handled the whole process painlessly and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for an easy buying experience that’s actually fun, call and ask for Susan. She’s easy to deal with and also quite funny.

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.
