He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. Jason was great! He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.

After a lot of research I decided to stop into Mazda of Palm Beach to look at a CX-5 for my parents. I was quickly greeted by Richie Delorantis (Richard Delorantis), who was phenomenal. Even though it required getting drenched in the rain, he worked to find what I was looking within budget. I was able to get a great deal and pickup the car the same day. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very polite. Overall a very pleasant, relaxed experience. Mazda of Palm Beach's approach to sales is one I'm definitely in favor of, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Santiago , is the best employee I had ever come across at Al Hendrickson. He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. But between today and yesterday Santiago was able to fix the issue for me and get my cover fix . He is amazing and the best employee Al Hendrickson could have . He deserve a raise.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2026 Trax through the internet sales department. Our salesman Ramses was out sick the day we picked up our car and we dealt with Laurent who completed the transaction. Both were very helpful. Now finance was a different story. The financial person was deceptive and added items without our knowledge and understanding. We wasted a lot of unnecessary time ( he ate his lunch and wasted our time) on a deal that was pretty much completed before we even entered the dealership! But internet sales manager Vos was able to make things work out! We do recommend the dealership but beware of the finance department!!
